What Constitutes Catch Up Work?

Back Bank Reconciliations

Any bank account reconciliation work that is older than 2 months is considered Back Bank Reconciliation and is billed at $20/hr.

Pre-Existing Financial Diagnostics

Resolving pre-existing financial diagnostic issues is billed at $20/hr. Financial diagnostic work that is required as part of standard ongoing month-to-month bank reconciliations and are within 2 months of current are considered part of normal ongoing bank reconciliations and, therefore, is billed at our standard $15/hr rate.

Balance Audit

Balance Audit is a full financial audit of your books, bank accounts, owners, tenants, properties, etc. towards identifying the cause of issues. This work is billed at $20/hr.

Financial Software Set Up / Start Up / Migration Work

Initial set up or start up of your financial software (Appfolio, Buildium, QuickBooks Online, etc) is billed at $20/hr.
